Daft Punk is in this new movie TRON, they made the soundtrack and it is a huge letdown, and I sorta just want them 2 'go away' until they write "Discovery 2.0", but now we are being 'barraged' by press from Disney because they made TRON and they are doing everything they can 2 let every1 know 'how kewl' this movie is gonna be.

I guess Daft Punk did this cuz they would be guaranteed 'mad bank' instead of running the risk of releasing an album that 'flopped' critically and commercially. U can respect them for that I guess.

Here is the dumb 'press release' where they really try to co-brand Daft Punk, TRON, Disney, and 'sweet ass headphones':

Just saw some tweets by Gregg Gillis that the city of Pittsburgh, PA (his hometown) made it GIRL TALK DAY in Pittsburgh. I'm not sure what that means. Maybe he gets to bang prostitutes, do drugs, rob banks and murder ppl all day, but most likely all it means is that he gets to stand with these lamestreamer councilmen who are all like 'Wait, who r u again? Why didn't u wear dress shoes? U need a haircut and a fresh shave, son.'

Wonder why they wasted time with this when they could have been 'balancing the budget', 'improving education' or 'ending the War with Iraq' or whatever ppl like them do.

Probs had to work on getting re-elected because their neighborhoods have become all gentrified by 'effing hipsters.'

Worried abt Gregg. Not sure how much buzz his latest album ALL DAY got. Feel like he shoulda 'milked it' more instead of pull the 'surprise release' In_Rainbows gimmick.

He also had some sort of 'hometown show' where all of the mainstreamers and lamestreamers in Pittsburgh got to celebrate their 'alt/kewl God of fun.'

Romy Croft of the XX sings vocals on some rape gaze track

The XX is a popular 2k9 buzzband who is known for their minimalist guitar wave hit album. They are 'taking some time off' and writing a new album, so u can't help but wonder how it is going to sound. The lead singer broad, Romy Croft, just did vocals on some new RAPE GAZE MP3 by some band named CREEP.

Listened 2 it. Not sure how 2 feel.

Who the eff is CREEP? They don't really sound 'as dark' as Salem, so I am not rlly vibing to them. I guess all rape gaze bands have to have some sort of 'dark cross' in their gimmick.

Kinda wonder if the XX's next album is gonna ditch guitars and just be all rape gaze, thick ass dark shit with dubsteppy Jamie XX vibes.
