He was a leader who was assassinated, but had a pretty chill vision of ‘all humans chilling together even if we don’t have the same racial skin tone’ because we are all from africa but then went to different continents by boats and land bridges eventually settling and our skin changed colors because the sun is shinier in different places so it doesn’t even matter because it is just pigment and all of us are ultimately the same except Africans got effed over and had to be slaves because white people are all effed up but they wanted to run some sick ass farming systems so hopefully things are better now unless Walmart as an employer is some sort of metaphor 4 slavery. We have a black president of the United States of America. Most major professional sports leagues are dominated by African Americans. The blacks have their own ‘vibe’/’style’ of music that white ppl buy via the iTunes super store. Really feeling happy today, like I am a good person since I am ‘tolerant’ and try to maintain friends who are all different colours without even trying. As an authentic alt, I just search for ppl who are 80-100% authentic. Like surrounding myself with a group of ppl who ‘get it.’ I honestly feel like we are all equal, because we all can have a twitter, and we all have the chance to get as many followers as we want. Seems like the dream is very alive. I am proud to be alt today, because I know that our alt community is ‘transparent’–there is no such thing as skin colour. Even if the mainstream world still has racial issues, eff them… cuz I already live in utopia. I think the alt community has a lot of great initiatives going on to help African American artists. I think 10% of all blogged content should involve minorities. It is good that indie sites ‘pretend to be into authentic rap’ to meet that quota. The truth is, the white run alternative media is very afraid that African Americans will ‘takeover’ much like they have in professional sports. They are afraid that if white indie music gets ‘too ethnic’, then it will eventually merge into mnstrm hiphop culture. I sorta wish we were all the same so there wouldn’t be any problems, but then there would be less of an opportunity for me 2 be an individual. It is chill that some people are ugly, obese, and dumb, so that I can ‘fit in2 society’ more than them. Just relieved I am not a horrorcore bro. more confused than ever now. Just want 2 be me, and sorta want every1 to be equal, just as long as I am ‘a lil bit above’ equal. XX BONUS MINORITY GROUPS XX AZNs Is it chill 2 celebrate other minority groups on MLK day, or are African Americans ‘mad territorial’ about what is ‘theirs’? Might just chill out today.
